Sooo... I've gotten to a few other protagonists, but not the end yet. The one author's note said the genre of this story is drama, but... Ok how do you introduce a haunted house with crazy cursed stuff all over the house and the freaky basement full of even more shit, and then.... forget about it? Like the house was haunted before Haejoon went to live in there though it wasn't that long since Eunyung moved in. But he experienced ghost weirdness, and then it all calmed down completely after Haejoon smiled at his childhood ceiling woman??? What about all the creepy occult stuff?? Did it grow legs and walk away after glasses guy moved in?? I know Haejoon cleaned the fuck out of that house, but it didn't seem like he went back down to the basement. Or that he was trowing the cursed stuff away?? I mean Eunyung threw away the fingers, but what about the rest? Also the huge ass hole the boys fell through into the basement?!?!? Did the author forget? There was no mention that anyone came to do repairs, and the whole idea was that the kids are keeping the adults from looking around the house too much so they can continue to live there cause it's dangerous and falling apart?! Third guy's mom *looked around* the house for fuck's sake!! There's no way she didn't see/fall down that goddamn hole! I do like the "drama" stories after that, I do... but like, there's not been ANY supernatural elements in a while, and it's like the author decided Haejoon suddenly can't see ghosts *without even establishing that in story*! We know he can in fact see ghosts, but suddenly he just doesn't. Did the ghost house really only need one(1) more dude moving in and living in there to not be extremely haunted anymore?? I don't mind a slight pivot in genre, but freaking establish that a little better. Like having the house exorcised, the cursed objects dealt with, something! Establishing shots my guy, establishing shots! Hell we never got to see about Haejoon's photo talisman where the girl disappeared. What did that mean??? Why was she in the picture and then not and how come it didn't effect anything? Eunyung tried throwing the fucking thing away a couple times and it always came back to *him* not Haejoon, so what gives? I thought Eunyung was gonna be cursed for a bit or something, even if he did give it back to Haejoon in the end. And then the last ceiling lady scene happens and EVERYTHING (supernatural) is dropped without a proper conclusion. I'm so disappointed. T^T It didn't need to be horror, but I really liked that it was a bit spooky. It could have easily transitioned into not being that, but still keeping the element. ( ̄へ ̄)
