lol, yeah it can get pretty boring pretty fast and it's not even shocking anymore. Have you read Honey Bear? the main cp don't know each other at the start and the childhood friend tries to be the 2nd lead but fails coz uke likes seme only (most prob gonna end up w/ his secretary whom he also didn't know prior to becoming classmates in college? hs? I forgot)
