Yeah, he apparently has 2 urethas, one for the vagina, one in the penis. His prostate is floating and not connected to the bladder, if it was it would be infront of the Vagina and not between it and the rectum.

med student here! He has both sets completely, the vagina has both its clit and urethral opening(where pee comes out for women) and ofc his male parts which also seems to be complete. But im assuming when he developed his woman parts along with the uterus, the urethral opening did not connect with his actual urinary tract! So since he was originally a male, im assuming he only uses his male part to pee. But who knows maybe the author can get even freakier and make him squirt piss on both sides
