*Shelley Also you're so right OP! The awkward romance is on par with the novel since Victor was so weird and his monster was trying to figure out human emotions and love. And that made me look back. Victor and Henry's relationship started same as in the book: they were adopted family

It’s so refreshing to see that people actually read Frankenstein. But I still can’t get that soyjack normal distribution meme out of my head (Frankenstein was the monster)
I really like the characterization of victor here, while its slightly divergent, it seems mostly book accurate to younger victor in the novel
(even if it means he might screw himself over and not choose heart.)
