I can't kinda blame mc but I also blame him at the same time for being stupid. It's very hard to leave a person be mostly I think our mc here is quite soft hearted and also he had liked the person romantically which means he cares about him which is why he's afraid that if he leaves ml will off himself and because mc had an emotional bonding he probably felt quite scared that he might actually do it considering how f-cked up ml is as seen in some chapters he even mumbles to himself which indicates he is mentally unstable so yeah.... ig it's just emotional blackmail the ml probably planned it out since he knows mc is soft hearted and they had a bonding. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
