For the novel readers: is this a good adaptation of the novel?

For me honestly novel felt more angsty, suffocating cus you can read the emotions of the characters pretty detailed. On the other hand while reading manwhas you see the emotions, not reading them. Other than feelings i can't see any story changes so you can say it's a good adaptation.
