So as I see not so many manhwas in your lists I would need to understand what this specific gap is what makes a story interesting for you. Any examples?

I read a lot but always forget to add them to lists afterwards lol.

It’s so hard to explain the gap, its just really a feeling i get when reading;;;; its like… when the story starts they has to be a ‘gap’ between what the characters want and how they act, that gap leads to a different ‘gap’ which is the gap between the romantic leads… i don’t like it when the first gap closes or doesn’t exist…?

Like: an example. Character A is starting to develop feelings Character B, but acts coldly to character b. The gap would be them acting this way because they don’t want things to change between them…? In what I read these days, its like. Character A is starting to develop feelings for Characters B, so they immediately say this to them, even if it goes against how they usually act.

The second gap obviously closes with time, but usually that makes the first gap close too, and thats boring, because that means their reasoning is just… gone…? Does that make sense…? I don’t think I explained it quite right but ;;;;;

Ahhh I think I get you - so you want reasonable character development and not just lazy plot writing just for the plot?
Do you want a specific genre? BL/Straight/No Romance/fantasy etc.
