They weren't simply "going along with her plans." Originally, they did think of her as the villainess until they observed her a bit more closely. They still didn't know her intent, just figured out that she was harmless and went on with their own plans. Their own plans happen to coincide with hers. The only people who actually played along without her knowing were the magic dude and Iora. Even she didn't disclose what her sister's true intentions were, which is why the prince was oblivious to the entire thing.
I kinda just dropped this story because we got a Villainess who's basically an actor on a stage that everyone knows about
She's not smart and badass just kinda naive that every plan she's ever made was actually someone else's plan happening because of what she wanted
I don't mean to put her down by the fact that she was 'secretly' making herself hated while everyone else went along with her plans is so stupid to me
