I see i see. Clearly he doesnt dislike omegas in general for no reason, hes been disliking them because of the people/omegas trying to take advantage of him. So he hates them for that reason. Joshua is someone who he feels he can trust now by proving himself to be different from the people trying to hurt or take advantage of him (chase has been the king of projection and trust issues, but i dont blame him) and obviously joshua and him have a sort of natural bond anyways.
