I'm not sure if I'm correct but story probably goes like this Uke will break his heart since he's just not ready for relationship and he's not aware of his own feelings towards seme, seme will be broken a lot but in the end decides to move on, he will move out of country and uke will start missing him, seme will maybe even block him then after some time uke will have some kind of business trip to country where is seme and so they'll meet again, this time uke will be one chasing him
