It’s def ai prob they just do a rough sketch and they get ai to complete it and they probably just polish some noticeable errors.
Couldn't find it here googled it found one on kunmanga and if you're talking about the one I found there im 100% sure its AI they're using 3d assets for background (which is normal and everyone does) but you can cleary see the characters are over done and stiff
