based on experience dealing with a staff that got some family connections, they might dgaf even if you confront them bcs they know you can’t do shit anyway. so best option is you started to find other place to stay, you don’t need to drop the job atm. do ask for relatives/trusted people for help in pooling money to find orher places if you’re short on it, just to stay away at least until your contract is up bcs atp you should start to be blatantly avoid him/create your distance.
second options is you get up while he did the stuff and caught him on the spot, tell him you will beat him up if this goes on. most of the time directly confronting people works as it will make them uncomfortable (bcs they know they’re in the wrong) but if he’s some kind of, having a bigass ego about being related to the owner, then the first option is the best. pack your shit and go, you don’t deserve to lose your sleep over that so i’m sorry that happened to you.

Me and my roommate has been friend for like a year, but lately he keep touching my dick and butt, i suffered from insomnia and im very light sleeper so a single touch could wake me up, and lately when im sleeping this mfkr keep touching me. But this is the twist, hes the MOST TRUSTED person ever and like he did well in company we are both working on, he already "allegedly" he already touch people.
