If it was just that, but you have to add all the clues he gets. It's actually like a big red sign "!JOSH IS AN OMEGA!". And he doesn't get it or completely ignores everything.

GUYS he probably doesn't know what a c section scar looks like + joshua has a lot of scars and bruises from fighting so he probably just assumed that it's just one of his scars so please forgive him lollll
