I think it’s a glow up haha. Back in UNHRDO Tae’s first impression of Xinlu was someone innocent-looking, bright and cheerful and I think he wasn’t that much taller since Taeui always wanted to touch Xinlu’s head before. Then when they met again in Seringe the first thing Tae’s noticed was that Xinlu was a lot thinner (w/c I think elevated his height?) and he looked more mature. Also Xinlu is always described as someone young so perhaps he’s still having growth spurt lol
