That spot he is rubbing is called the perineum, which is basically the little divider between the anus and genitals. Both males and females have it, with the males being slightly longer. It's considered an erogenous zone, due to it having a lot of nerve endings, so the manhwa is accurate in that regard. Perineum stimulation is definitely something that is not common in manhwas so I'm a lil gagged to see it tbh.
