Too many people died. They were also losing the war outside the tower. MC was sent back so that he could grow even stronger and win this time around. There were also events that should've been stopped. This is his 2nd chance.

Ok i don't understand on why he needed to go back in time so can someone explain that or is it explained in the story later (i'm on chapter 29 currently)
