Omg I don't know if there's a light novel for this but the storyline is just so interesting. I like how kind the MC is too, his thoughts make me reflect on some things that I feel like I needed to hear. Though, I know that some of the readers feel like the MC should have a spine and show something else other than being too kind that it feels like he's being taken advantage of. It's frustrating seeing him being "stepped on" but not only do I enjoy how most of those people have this kind of redemption and pursue their own happiness, I also think that the MC's kindness and understanding is really healing to read about. His sincere attempts of understanding others despite their wrongdoings towards him is really refreshing like I'm drinking chamomile tea. I might be reading too much about this manga but it's just so good. I miss storytelling so much, so reading good stories like this makes me want to pursue that hobby again. Goooosh, I love this one. Totally one of my favourites!
