Cesare is a doomed VILLAIN A DOO9OMED VILLAIN, he coukd have taken a better approach in helping both himself and Ruby BUT HE FUCKED IT UP and it suks, ultimately he is trash but uts rather sad that he is a broken trash who could have had a better life than whatever he did to himself in the end
