Ruby saw him as a brother, but Ceasar saw her as a woman even tho she was just a kid. He also treated her like the "father" treated him, just to vent his anger and used her as an outlet! I get that he also had it very hard growing up, no doubt about that BUT that doesn't change the fact that he's evil and corrupt （￣へ￣）
