That…..could’ve been better honestly but after the reveal it felt like they watered down Wellmy’s personality. I mean, considering how smart Iora is, it wouldn’t have taken her long to know her sister’s scheme, but the reveal made it seem Wellmy’s efforts were clumsy. I dont mind the different perspectives but it does get draining when it happens repeatedly. I did like the part with Arvine(?)the fiancé) and Neuvillette, that was a good story arc. The plot twist with the mother tho omg wished they dwelled on that more considering it contains a very serious issue (of which that pig deserved to be burned alive for, like how did he not get caught?? I call witchcraft)
It was a nice read nonetheless, I was looking for something like this where the villain acted like a villain for a good cause without it getting revealed half way, wished it was stretched a bit more considering it was about….ya know…the two sisters…
