but it's about a anthology of one shots but the one i remember the most is where a boy whenever he sees a girl in his class [popular and pretty] he can't see her features as she's so bright and everything is bathed in that light and he himself is a shadow in her presence

if it helps the other one shots had some siblings who had abilities like one can make fireworks appear i think? a brother that whenever he talks flowers bloom around the speech bubble, i think the sister could use water or ice?? there were four siblings i think
