i think the accident has something to do with the company leaking or whatever. so the panel when they showed a usb drive gotta be the clue for everything. this is just my theory, i think my girl discovered something she shouldn’t and spill it to hiroki but in private bcs she or him prolly think its best to talk in private ab this matter. but when they met, the wife accidentally saw them talking and then the misunderstanding happened bcs she saw them meeting in private when her relationship with his husband at its worst
