The beach endings have a significant meanung I think, i read it somewhere
I mean, a well written ending should feel meaningful regardless of the setting. I’m not very articulate, but let me try to explain what I mean. For example, in “Low tide in twilight”, the beach ending makes sense, their story began there, so it’s symbolic to end it there too. But now I feel like every author’s doing beach finales. At least Huijae lives in a coastal area, I’ll give him that. Some couples even take random trips to Jeju right before series finale. It’s getting a bit much at this point.
Either the translator or the author’s been chronically online. And why does every damn series end at a beach. Try a rooftop, a forest, anything else. I’m not happy with that abrupt ending, are we getting side stories or not?
