I still remember long ago when my family went to Japan and we got to taste lotta authentic cuisine from back alley restaurants and bars. And then I came home to discover this manga. I'll always remember Hashimoto-sensei's beautiful... scenes ლ(´ڡ`ლ) and her penchant for good food and alcohol in her works (seriously she's such a foodie <3) but I always appreciated EXRScans throwing in the recipes. I love that we've been able to have almost that same feeling we had in Japan but at home thanks to this. My mother still makes a lotta them yearly, but I never told her where I got the recipes from (and probably never should) ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
