I know Ian was groomed and all but atp this story is starting to frustrate me. We have already had over 120 chapters yet the progress in Ian’s mentality can only be described as marginal. It’s not like Lorkan isn’t suspicious. Ian himself is literally investigating everything and has come across ample things that don’t add up. Yet he didn’t hesitate once when Lorkan wanted to go along with him because “he will know the truth” when Lorkan himself has shown he is manipulating the truth. He feels the doubt. That’s he told Sol about testifying. Yet he still can’t break free after all the time we have invested in this story.
