I think that’s just a technicality, seeing as his brother had the key in his mouth to I think as long as you securely got it it’s yours at 3 and the last panel showed he kept it for 3 seconds plus they are “snakes” it’s just right to clutch your prey between your jaws so imma stay optimistic
His brother did the same thing. Besides who's in possession of it for 3 seconds is what counts, even if it's in there teeth
