At this point in the story he hasn’t realized what he’s feeling and the story doesn’t really address his feelings until part 2 (the webtoon is currently covering part 1, not sure if it’ll cover part 2).
SPOILERS:
Later on in the story after Taekjoo gets away and Zhenya finds him, he keeps recriminating Taekjoo for leaving him behind when he “wanted him first” to which Taekjoo is like “when the fuck did I do that?”. In part 2, we finally find out what he meant. Basically Zhenya took the fact that Taekjoo accepted him as his partner when they met as him “wanting him first”.
I made a list of my favorite cute/romantic moments between them, mainly from part 2,when they’ve been together for 3 years already.
