he gets pregnant quite early tbh and you do see him with a small belly for a bit
He will conceive twice & you will see his belly grow as well for a few chapters birth is quick tho.

I'm about to read this after seeing the mpreg tag. So, has he conceived yet at this point, or will he? Just curious, because many of the mpreg series don't actually show the pregnancy.
