idk if it’s really similar to MADK, but if u want smth psychological like it read works by Harada.
Okay i scrolled through my reading list and found some. These aren’t as psychological or deep as MADK, bc MADK is just such a stand alone manga, but Monster and the beast, Coyote, and Jealously r also pretty good.

why aren’t cake verses more psychological? every single cake verse i’ve read (and tbh there aren’t that many so far) r so wholesome. which isn’t a bad thing, except that they all start to feel the same.
When i first heard of and read a cake verse i was thinking there was gonna be a more psychological horror type twist to it, like MADK level. i want it to be more grotesque so it could push boundaries and rethink some themes in BL.
also Mr. Fork seme missed the opportunity to eat out uke’s ‘cake’
