Let me clarify from my reply when I said as if some reader are implying "he is asking for it when he did this" because I don't want anyone thinking I'm accusing them of saying sejin get to deserve rape. What I meant to say was that people often bring up what the mc did trying to say that he also did bad thing that may have lead to miscommunication and how terrible the situation has become but the thing is no miscommunication deserve a payback back in rape and just because sejin was a comparative spy doesn't mean he should get rape when logically speaking ido could've taken legal action. The miscommunication wasn't on one side either. The " they both did bad thing" statement is kinda dismissive. it's flattening when you think in the end both did bad things because there are degree to the bad stuff people do. If I steal my friend make up. I am a bad person and did a bad thing but do I deserve to get rape for it? NO. If I broke a law for breaking into a clothing store to steal clothes then I should be in jail but not rape.
