In ch chapter 70 it doesn't look like it to me. But I hope U're right
He's a good actor now, if his goal is to protect Dohu he definitely is going to try his best to keep him at a distance. I'm not saying his inital reaction to what Dohu did at the start of their relationship isn't valid but he was clearly head over heels for Dohu, he wouldn't have left just like that. When he ran back to him in chap 66/67 it was probably him allowing himself to see Dohu one last time before having to leave.
Did you all forget the part where his aunt showed him a picture of Dohu making it known that she follows his life closely and could do something to Dohu if he didn't listen to her ??
Did you forget how desperate he was to run back to Dohu at the end of the season ? He would've probably make up by now if it was just up to him. My money is on him behaving that way to protect Dohu.
