Ok i am probably obsessing over random details, overthinking most definitely, but is it just me or the scene where petios (the brother) went out for boat riding with fl and then fell heavily sick but still made it to FULL recovery makes you think that there might be a chance that the ml had done something to himm, like idk DRUG HIM like THE FL!!
