I think…hear me out…Victor belongs with Head for the fact that Head is the only one Victor actually wants. This development happened after the fact, and even still he wants Head. Going off lore, Heart should be last—but honestly Victor clearly doesn’t want any of them as much as he wants Head. But also, I hate Victor, so I might be bias.
