Aww we all knew he was seeing someone in secret, it was showed, but it's someone who knows about Viktor's experiments and the whole Henry's thing I guess. And Heart actually LISTEN to him and he does what that person advised him to do. Hearts can be swayed and his has been taken so many blows from Viktor that it was about time he 'rebels'.
At the end of the day, Viktor has what attracted him to Henry, all physical traits because he thought he couldn't win his affections, not with his initial way of thinking... Still when he talks about Heart, like taking him out on a 'date' as a reward, it isn't because he cares for him as a person or the recipient of Henry's heart, it's only because Heart takes cares of him, the house and he's the less problematic, so he thinks that's a good way to keep him around without being sexually physical. Not even like a pet because owners usually are affectionate towards them. Viktor's feelings for Heart are in a very basic and low stage rn (awkward and a bit of shyness). But not like or love, because to truly love someone it means to accept that person and work together. But he saw Heart's appearance, scars that he probably did to Heart because what's the point of damaging Heart's face (maybe replacing rotten skin?), and in that moment Viktor decided he wasn't the Henry he knew and loved, that he had the 'heart' but never tried to win him over. Viktor's a shallow person after all.
Head must know who Heart is frequenting and the intentions oh that individual and how he's related to all of this. I hope this new character becomes a threat to Viktor and cares for Heart sincerely but this story is so freaky that I doubt it. It's more like someone wants to monopolize and manipulate Henry's heart because Viktor went ahead and stole Henry's body and dared to have him all for himself. Now Viktor has Head and Dick, so maybe this new person, an ex lover maybe, is trying to convince Heart he deserves better than being in a one sided 'relationship' where he receives the bare minimum.
But Henry really fold so quickly after being scared by Head hahahah well he's weak to pleasure and Dick was actually caring but it took that to change Viktor's mind and it's so funny. But I guess if he is the center of the affections, Viktor doesn't mind a poly relationship. He's not sharing Henry and these two, Head and Dick, don't seem to mind too much. But Heart...
