Why is ukes passing out after sex such a common occurrence in so many manga/Manhwa?? Like, this dude is young and he's in good shape, so why does he have such a delicate constitution? I can understand getting tired and even dizzy after nutting three times. But, passing out to the point where you don't feel a dick in your ass - that's completely insane.
