It's easy to forget because the artist goes back and forth on drawing him with a baby bump. From panel to panel it changes. Sometimes he has a flat stomach and sometimes he has a big old baby bump.
I somehow forgot MC was pregnant even tho that has been a major plot point since the beginning???
