besides b*nana sc*ndal (ml taehwan), i think this has one of the best redemption arcs, asshole turned lover types of mls. like hands down, the tension?? best push and pull ever. man is such a lover, and i love how they still didnt change his asshole character u kinda come to like, it wasn't a complete 180 from when u first meet him. besides, even tho he was an asshole, he wasn't totally unreasonable, and i really saw where he came from from an objective reasoning, just that, it lacked feelings and sympathy towards the mc. it sucked but i don't completely don't understand it. but it all was a great build-up to the type of protective lover he is rn and how he'd risk his entire career, the very thing he's been guarding since day 1, the thing he prides himself over, for yoonshin. like if that didn't scream chatacter development, idk what will.
