every chapter isagi surprises me in so many ways and each chapter i find new reasons to love him.
he’s so unbelievably interesting. damn
people find isagi’s dialogue quite corny this chapter but i completely disagree,, and trust me i know ball when it comes to his corny lines. everything he said was very much true and real imo - ditch the collective actualisation of being the best striker and just be selfish. the essence of blue lock as a whole is derived of an individual drive & desire for personal success soo in order to truly imitate, why not learn from those who have learnt such ideologies first hand.
an indirect jab at nagi perhaps is what i’m seeing also. my poor poor nagi. i miss him ughhh
though idk who isagi feeling like giving tutorials when there’s 15 mins of a match left & he still hasn’t scored a goal </33
i know damn well he was hyping up onazi to make himself shine brighter. his goal better be so fire.
