Honestly it's gonna be more heartbreaking if heart is actually fooling around with other people just like what head said "finding the other people he had realstions before" and unconsciously i believe victor trust and believes heart the most so imagine if he finds out he be with other peope its just like saying Henry never actually loved him because well that IS still Henry's heart. Victor believe henry can fool around but by the end of the day his love was for him alone.
