Police saying the suspect was drinking so he must have killed someone?? Yeah police won't say that unless they wanted to be sued. There was no evidence of jihyun attacking the victim, what they had the flimsiest kind of circumstantial evidence. Police (in a developed country with trained/accountable police infrastructure) have better sense to accuse someone with that kind of evidence. No court would ever convict on the basis of that.
