just the artist not being that good at anatomy. ai hands look wonky by finger merging together or having to many fingers, not just looking a little weird.
many slice of life fantasy manga have art that isn't the best, but a cute story. especially novel adaptation, bc it isn't that popular a genre, so they can't afford artists that are really good, which is a shame
I'm a former artist, I understand as well how hard drawing hand is. But look, in the first chapter, when baby ashera is on Rose breast to drink milk, her hand fade into the background. It's the kind of mistake AI does. I already seen an artist drawing 6 fingers by mistake out of exhaustion, so I hope I'm wrong...
i see what you mean. imo, it looks more like when they photoshopped to get rid of the sfx in the japanese chapters, they didn’t redraw it well enough. but to be sure, we would have to find the raw chapters and compare.
Am I crazy or some parts looks like it was ai generated. Like the artist used AI then perfected the result. In some drawings, the hands are reaaally...... wonky.
