It could also just be a trauma response like Stockolm syndrome. She could be feeling so guilty and uncomfortable about the rape that she unconsciously gaslights herself into thinking that she actually likes it

I’ve seen so many webtoons where the ML sleeps with the FL who’s unwilling, but the story will present it as “you’re so eggar.” “Your body is telling the truth” “I won’t move unless you say it” type shit. I find it funny how the logic is “he was so good in bed” and that’s how the fl ends up falling for him bc ‘her body can’t deny it’
The way this story tries to frame that by sleeping with each other, she ended up developing feelings like he was THAT good she started ignoring how he’s basiclly blackmailing/graping her (spoilers; and by now we all know she is his wife and her bf is ass) it’s just so hilarious how in these types of webtoons the justification will always be “he was so good my body wants him” type shit ahhh,
