Love nest has 4 volumes
I think you got confused since there are 2 books, Love nest and Love nest 2nd, but the "2nd" just indicates that it's a sequel, it doesn't correspond to the volume number... It has 4 volumes as already said: Love nest chapters 1-5 (vol. 1), 6-12 (vol. 2). Love nest 2nd chapters 1-5 (vol. 1), 6-14 (vol. 2)
Yeah I went by how it's decided on here and then looked online and even that was confusing.

Why does this morally grey story get 3 vol. Most probably 4 and love nest has only 2
