Bro all stories where a grown adult dates the kid they’ve raised, or in this case been called mom by, are weird and pedophelic yeah even if he gets hard at the idea of being in the moms shoes it’s ok for people to be weirded out that he specifically gets hard when the kid says the word mom
MC never see ML as the child he raised, he see him as ML's dad who MC has unrequited feeling with.
The "Mom" called was him imagining himself as ML's mom position, means MC become ML's dad lover.
