yes i don’t remember all but i think he did get kidnapped as a kid and he’s traumatized since that why he see a therapist. he changed his name and all and i think that a stalker was chasing him at a time but it wasn’t the same as the one who kidnappe him. i don’t recall all the events because there was the love story and the love triangle who appeared at the same time but i think that was it!

Ok so general overview; (reference chapter 39/40, if you would like to reread yourself)
In middle school, a car stopped and asked MC for directions to the closest grocery store and if he could show him the way. Winter wanting to be helpful as well as being cold from being in the rain without an umbrella, agreed and got in the car. After he got in, the driver (who wore sunglasses, important as it triggers MC later) offers Winter a drink that was drugged. Winter wakes up later in the back of the car bound and gagged. The kidnapper takes this time to crawl into the back of the car and threaten winter with a knife and makes him to agree to 'be a good boy and stay quiet.' When trying to convince the kidnapper to let him go, the kidnapper points out Winter's neglected state (no one to pick him up in the rain, no umbrella, no calls or people trying to contact him after him disappearing, etc), Winter begins to doubt himself and chooses to stay quiet. With no other options left, Winter makes himself throw up and pretends to be unresponsive. The kidnapper not able to wake Winter up, freaks out and ditches his body in a field. Winter buys a bus ticket home and tries to convince himself that the kidnapper's words were lies to scare him. After arriving home, Winter is greeted to an empty home, the kidnappers words were in fact truth. Despite being missing for 2 days, no one in his life noticed him gone or tried to contact him.
Realizing the kidnapper took his student ID and name tag, Winter became anxious that the kidnapper would come back and find him, so after skipping school for a week he dropped out, changed his name and focused on being a kpop trainee.

In chapter 38/39 while on a reality TV show, the hosts find Winter's middle school graduation photo with his old name and share it, causing Winter to become paranoid that the kidnapper will find him again (which causes him to start seeing the kidnapper everywhere).

Chapter 48, We finally see Winter breakdown and open up about his kidnapping to his therapist, Causing the therapist to realize that Winter doesn't have a simple panic disorder, but trauma related PTSD/panic. Winter likes performing on stage, having multiple eyes on him and actively craves and seeks attention unlike what the therapist initially thought (they figured it was a simple anxiety disorder in regards to being an idol). Winter most likely seeks attention as a form to protect himself and no longer feel alone (this way someone will notice if he disappears again).

Now in the most recent chapter, the kidnapper he has feared all his life was arrested. But because Winter has yet to accept what happened to him and that he was kidnapped, he's choosing to avoid the problem instead of confronting his past
