I would say so bc I would just say she’s an old soul. Like my reasoning is that her mental age just doesn’t match her physical/ body’s age. Because reincarnation means starting a new life brand new so she’s still a child bc she’s still developing a childhood.
I was thinking the same. She was already a kid. If she was a kid fully aware of her being an adult from the start then I would say she was an adult but she lived her life as a child and then got her memories. So I def think she would still be considered a child
