Yeah this!! AND IT'S MORE MAKE SENSE too since that's how they "grew" wild ginseng there in south korea, that’s why wild ginseng in South Korea is more expensive. Even from the shape of the leaves, it’s different from regular ginseng, and wild ginseng grows without any human interference. Everything happens naturally... from the 'seeds' being carried by birds and/or the wind, to being left to grow on their own, which usually takes decades.
So it makes sense that Mesan will continue to exist. As long as nature and the mountains remain, wild ginseng will keep growing. That’s why some mountains in South Korea are heavily protected. Since this manhwa contains many aspects related to the spiritual beliefs of the people, as well as cultural elements (especially those connected to Chinese literature and related traditions) so i bet the author made message clear.
