It’s better not to think of this story based on timelines, it’s more like alternate universes. So there’s OGMC and OGML who both have the worst life in their original world in arc one. There’s three arcs, three different universes.
In arc two OGMC ends up in an alternate universe where those things didn’t happen and meets a different version of ML. A better and nicer version (though he’s still having this rivals relationship at first).
In arc three OGML ends up in an alternate universe where those things didn’t happen and meets a different version of MC.
In the 2nd timeline is Kloff still toxic? Reading the comments I feel like I've missed something. SOS, need someone to give a summary
