Make me thinking why Seimei is the only one with power but not his twin? He is the reincarnation and descendants of the Abe no Seimei. So why a reincarnation have twins?

    Spoiler Because seimei soul is actually in haruaki, it's not reincarnation, seimei and haruaki soul are in same body(?)
