Yeah, he can't be over 7’. I would say he can't be over 6’3” because any taller and he wouldn't have been able to be a spy; he would tower too much in a crowd and would be picked off right away.

I think in the novel, he only acknowledges in his mind that he fits all her criteria, which could mean the 7' is just his ego boost. But I don't remember her telling him straight that she can't have children. Not that he would care about that.
